Ek Pahel under its Swabhiman program provides functional literacy to uneducated women from weaker economic background. Ek Pahel has started a new batch in January 2022. The curriculum is aligned to the needs of these women and range from alphabet writing/recognition, basic numeracy to civic values. Our agile team went door to door to encourage women to learn and increase the possibility to earn and empower themselves.

About Ek Pahel

B.R. Memorial Welfare Society is a fledgling Indian Non-Governmental Organisation, set up with the vision to illumine the future of underprivileged children and women of India. It was founded on 2nd December 2009 (under Societies Registration Act, 1860) by a team of youngsters in Agra who had the zeal to transform the lives of the less fortunate.
